Acting as the data controller, Egeyapı Avrupa Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (“Company”), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 961863-0 and operating at Altunizade Mah. İnci Çıkmazı Sk. No: 3, Interior Door: 8, Üsküdar, Istanbul, hereby informs you, within the scope of its obligation to inform under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), in order to ensure compliance with the Law regarding the personal data obtained from our customers, of the following matters.
2. Purposes for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed
our personal data, consisting of identity data, contact data, financial data, occupational data, visa/passport data, visual/audio data, information on how you became aware of our projects, your preferences and requests regarding our projects, vehicle data, and signature data, are processed in accordance with the fundamental principles set out in the Law, due to your status as a customer of the Company, by the Company as follows:
Management of customer satisfaction processes,
Execution of relevant financial processes related to quotations and payments,
Conducting pre- and post-sales financial and accounting activities, including the issuance and tracking of promissory notes and invoices,
Management of current account processes,
Providing information regarding the Company’s campaigns and projects,
Ensuring brand awareness and carrying out marketing activities,
Executing related contract and protocol processes,
Preparing and tracking cargo shipments,
Providing electricity, water, and natural gas services following the sale of real estate,
Preparing relevant documents such as consent forms, powers of attorney, authorizations, and other legal documents required for the execution of legal processes related to the Company’s projects,
Ensuring the security of the Company’s physical premises, and
Following up and conducting relevant legal procedures.
In this context, your personal data are processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified under the Law and other applicable legislation.
In addition, your personal data may be stored in both digital and physical form by being transferred to the Company’s physical archives and information systems.
3. Recipients and Purposes of Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be transferred, for the purposes described in Article 2 of this Information Notice, to: Our domestic and/or international subsidiaries and affiliates,
Relevant financial institutions, independent audit firms, and financial advisors for the execution of financial and accounting processes,
Relevant telecommunications operators for communication activities regarding campaigns and projects,
Domestic and/or international partner companies engaged in marketing activities to enhance brand awareness,
Cargo companies for shipment preparation and tracking,
Relevant electricity, water, and natural gas distribution companies for post-sale utility provisioning,
Relevant land registry offices, municipalities, and Emlak Konut GYO for project-related processes,
Relevant law enforcement units, courts, and other judicial authorities upon request for physical security purposes, and
Law firms providing legal consultancy services for the follow-up and execution of legal affairs.
4. Method and Legal Basis for Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed and transferred by the Company, either automatically or non-automatically, in accordance with the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698, including necessity of processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, necessity for the performance or execution of a contract, fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller, and legitimate interest of the data controller, for the purposes stated in Articles 2 and 3 of this Information Notice.
Your personal data are collected by the Company through verbal, physical, and electronic means, including written information provided by you; information obtained from agency companies within the scope of projects carried out through such agencies; customer information forms completed on the Company’s website, in its offices, and at events; as well as through applications and software used within the scope of Company operations and security cameras located within Company premises.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed under Article 11 of the Law by filling out the “Personal Data Subject Application Form” available at www.egeyapi.com or www.egeyapigyo.com and submitting it to the Company via one of the following channels:
